3.2 Account Security

• Attempting to exploit system or software errors
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on pk77 is ৳500. We currently accept payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Deposited funds should only be used for legitimate gaming activity. pk77 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and may hold funds if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing time is generally 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified method linked to the account. In some cases, identity verification may be required, which may extend the withdrawal processing time.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on pk77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails, the funds may be returned to your mobile wallet. If the funds have not been credited to your pk77 account within 30 minutes and have not been deducted from your mobile wallet either, please contact support.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pk77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagers before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Please keep the following rules regarding bonuses in mind:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus becomes active.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• pk77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of bonus abuse.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Other Promotions

pk77 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be announced at that time. The terms of such offers will apply alongside these general Terms.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play

• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your consistent gaming activity. pk77 reserves the right to modify the detailed terms of VIP benefits, and members will be notified when applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
